This 4 week program will help you move, shift and transform.  4 weeks of therapeutic and coaching work conducted in a safe and small group environment. We use  coaching, hypnotherapy and proven behavioural techniques to help you Move Forward. With a clear path ahead of you, you can then take solid steps towards a more fulfilling life.
